Kitchen Area Refurbishment with Structural Alterations

From highly structural to highly stylised.
The project commenced with the removal of the original kitchen and toilet. Next came the removal of two large, load bearing walls. The process was complex involving the introduction of a number of steels to safely distribute the weight of the second storey.

With the space stripped and the new steelwork safely in place we set about building the new stud walls. Next we renewed all of th electrics and added under floor heating. We then laid new sub flooring and added pocket door kits to new stud work now in position.

Finishing work for this project included a stylish new kitchen, utility room decoration and fitting a new WC.
