Rusthall
St Pauls Church – Utility Area with Facilities
Utility Extension with Kitchen, four WCs and Disabled Facilities
Additional and extended facilities - a blessed relief.
This grade 2 listed Church in Rusthall village and built in 1849 was in need of more facilities within an ageing utility extension building. We set about extending the timber framing in a similar style and then renewed the roof, laying a new warm felt roofing cover over the entire utility building.
Internal upgrades included the addition of four new WC’s including a disabled and baby changing facility. We also created an additional utility room and renewed the kitchen. We completed work on all areas within the extension to a quality, painted level of finish.
